随着机械工业的发展,锻压机用于生产中的比重越来越大。从我厂几十台锻压机的使用情况来看,由于安装不慎而引起的不良后果,已明显暴露出来。例如,锻压机在工作时,机身摇晃幅度过大,造成电机铜环与炭刷接触处打火,使电机运转不良;与机身接触的电器元件接触不好,造成控制失常而引起事故,如锻打时连车等。还有一些设备出现位移等现象。所有这些问题,都因涉及到设备安装的基础工作,一般很难采取有效措施加以挽救。
