中华预防医学会沈阳分会卫生防疫管理专科学会经过近半年的组织筹备,于1991年4月9日正式成立。这是继重庆之后,在计划单列市中第二个成立卫生防疫管理专科学会的城市。参加成立大会的有由各省、市、区各级预防保健机构、学会推荐的委员、代表及论文作者90余人。副主任委员董丽君同志主持会议。卫生防疫管理专科学会主任委员何庆余同志做了筹备工作情况与1991年工作安排的汇报,副主任委员曹凤强同志做了大会总结。中华预防医学会卫生防疫管理学会秘书范维同志应邀参加会议,并作全国卫生防疫管理动态学术报告,沈阳分会会长王廷相同志及辽宁省卫生防疫站副站长陈书兴做了重要讲话并致词祝贺。大会收到论文27篇。
After the preparations for the organization of the past six months, the Shenyang Branch of the China Preventive Medicine Association was established on April 9, 1991. This is the second city in the city to be listed separately after the establishment of the Sanitation and Epidemic Prevention Management Association. Participating in the founding of the conference were more than 90 committee members, representatives, and authors who had been recommended by the provincial, municipal, and district levels of preventive health care institutions and institutions. Vice Chairman Dong Lijun presided over the meeting. Comrade He Qingyu, chairman of the Health and Epidemic Prevention Specialized Science Association, made a report on the preparatory work and the work arrangements for 1991. The deputy chairman Comrade Cao Fengqiang made a summary of the meeting. Comrade Fan Wei, secretary of the Chinese Association for Preventive Medicine Health and Epidemic Prevention Management Society, was invited to attend the meeting and made a national dynamic report on the management of epidemic prevention. Wang Ting, president of the Shenyang branch, and Chen Shuxing, deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Epidemic Prevention Station, made an important speech and congratulated them. The conference received 27 papers.
