信义荔山御园E-01地块超A级高度复式住宅楼采用部分框支-剪力墙结构体系。整体结构及构件设计融入了性能化设计思想,简要介绍了项目的结构体系、结构整体设计指标,对结构进行了小震弹性时程分析和大震弹塑性动力时程分析,并对多程序的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,主要抗侧力构件满足中震不屈服(局部构件中震弹性)的设计目标,结构各项指标满足抗震性能化设计要求。
Xinyi Lushan Royal Park E-01 block A-level high-rise residential complex with some framing - shear wall structure system. The whole structure and component design are integrated into the performance-based design concept. The structural system of the project, the overall design index of the structure are briefly introduced. The analysis is made on the small-scale elastic time history of the structure and the elasto-plastic dynamic time history analysis of the large-scale earthquake. Computation results for comparative analysis. The results show that the main anti-side members meet the design objective of not yielding in mid-earthquake (the elasticity of the local components), and the structural indexes meet the requirements of anti-seismic performance design.
