我国社会主义市场经济体制背景下,不同行业在竞争中发展,要取得更高的发展成效就要积极实行行业转型,但是行业转型过程中对不同人才的需求标准和要求也不断提高,我国高校作为社会人才培养和输送的重要集散地,更加要研究行业转型背景下新世纪人才培养的有效方法和策略。社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养中更加要明确办学方向,在专业就业和人才市场情况予以实地调研,分析专业课程设置、办学特色以及教学形式等方面存在的问题与不足,研究和制定出积极有效的问题解决措施。本篇文章在此基础上,主要应用调查访谈法、文献资料方法以及逻辑分析法等对社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养与社会就业之间的关系进行研究与分析,探讨社会体育指导与管理专业地区分布与地域经济水平之间的发展匹配问题,重点解决社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养的规划问题。
