祝文,男,汉族,中共党员,原籍山东省诸城县,1928年8月29日生人,现年65岁。曾历任吉林省通化县果松村民兵队长、大队长兼党支部书记等职。 1952年秋,美军为了挽救其在侵朝战场上的败局,屡派飞机在我国境内实施侦察、轰炸和破坏。10月26日5时42分,八架美机追随我从集安开往通化的一列军用火车进行疯狂扫射和轰炸,炸死我平民2人,炸伤17人,其中一架美机被我炮火击中,拖着一股长长的浓烟向果松川村方向
