航空运输全球化是当今世界空运业发展的趋势航空运输全球化不是形成统一的全球性的航空运输实体。在世界经济及航空运输发展不均衡的条件下,在《芝加哥公约》所确立的双边航空协定法律结构的约束下,全世界所有或大部分国家放弃领空主权而使航空运输融为一个或几个实体来运作,不仅现实条件下没有可能,而且在可预见的将来也难以实现。因此,我们不能简单地把航空运输全球化视为某种形式的区域性航空实体,如非洲、海湾、北欧航空公司在世界范围的扩大,也不能理解为美、荷等少数国家实行的“天空开放”政策在世界范围的普遍应用。
