膜蛋白受体Smoothened(Smo)是Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路的核心组成部分,Smo蛋白是含有7次跨膜结构域的Class F类的G蛋白偶联受体家族成员。近年来,对Smo蛋白抑制剂的研究取得了较大进展,对其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用有了新的认识,为肿瘤和癌症的治疗提供了新的靶点。本文对近年来上市的或在研的Smo蛋白抑制剂的研究进展进行综述。
The membrane protein receptor Smoothened (Smo) is a central part of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway and the Smo protein is a member of the Class F G-protein-coupled receptor family with seven transmembrane domains. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of Smo protein inhibitors, and new understanding of its role in tumorigenesis and development has provided a new target for the treatment of cancer and cancer. This article reviews the recent advances in Smo protein inhibitors that are on the market or under research.
