利用序列方向性距离函数模型测度了2003-2010年中国106个地级城市的市场和环境效率,分析了东、中、西部之间存在的效率差异,并利用受限因变量模型研究了环境效率的影响因素。结果显示,中国的城市发展存在“双重恶化”现象,即东部城市的市场和环境效率均值要高于中西部地区;尽管市场和环境效率均呈现下降趋势,但是下降的幅度正在逐渐缩小;城市经济发展水平、环境规制强度、企业环境管理水平和城市开放程度等因素在不同程度上影响了环境效率。
The market directional and environmental efficiency of 106 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2010 were measured by using the sequence directional distance function model. The differences in efficiency between the eastern, central and western regions were analyzed and the environmental efficiency was also studied using the constrained dependent variable model The impact of factors. The results show that there is a “double worsening” phenomenon in China’s urban development. In other words, the average market and environmental efficiency of the eastern cities is higher than that in the central and western regions. Although the market and environmental efficiency are both declining, the decline is declining. The level of urban economic development, the intensity of environmental regulation, the level of environmental management in enterprises and the degree of urban opening up affect the environmental efficiency to varying degrees.
