目的观察轻型视网膜光凝治疗中度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的治疗效果。方法对中度NPDR患者69例(124眼)进行轻型视网膜光凝,其中合并黄斑水肿的45眼同时进行局部光凝治疗。光凝后平均随访18个月,对光凝治疗前后的视力、视网膜病变进展程度进行评价。结果激光治疗后大多数病眼的视力得以维持或有所提高。合并黄斑水肿的45眼中有43只眼(95.56%)视力得以维持或有所提高。糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)在激光治疗后病变稳定者占87.90%,加重者占12.10%。结论对中度NPDR患者早期进行轻型视网膜光凝,对合并有临床意义的黄斑水肿的病例同时进行黄斑局部光凝,可使多数患者达到稳定视网膜病变进展的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of light retinal photocoagulation on moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Methods A total of 69 patients (124 eyes) with moderate NPDR underwent mild retinal photocoagulation. Forty-five patients with macular edema underwent local photocoagulation. After an average follow-up of 18 months after photocoagulation, the visual acuity before and after photocoagulation and the progression of retinopathy were evaluated. Results Most of the affected eyes maintained or improved their visual acuity after laser treatment. Forty-five eyes (95.56%) with macular edema maintained or improved visual acuity. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) after laser treatment of stable lesions accounted for 87.90%, worsened accounted for 12.10%. Conclusions For patients with moderate NPDR, early retinal photocoagulation is performed, and concurrent macular degeneration of the macular edema in patients with clinically significant macular edema can result in the stabilization of retinopathy in most patients.
