利用现场生产用原料配置保护渣基样,分别以B_2O_3、TiO_2作为CaF_2的替代物,测定了不同含量CaF_2、TiO_2、B_2O_3保护渣的黏度和转折温度,绘制了相应的lnη-1/T曲线图,并进行拟合计算得到了其黏流活化能。深入分析了保护渣中CaF_2、TiO_2、B_2O_3含量的变化趋势及对保护渣流变特性影响的内在原因,得出了适宜流变特性的无氟保护渣中合理的TiO_2、B_2O_3含量,保护渣内的TiO_2含量不超过9%,B_2O_3含量不超过7%。
The fluxes and transition temperatures of CaF_2, TiO_2 and B_2O_3 fluxes with different contents were determined by using B_2O_3 and TiO_2 as substitutes for CaF_2, respectively. The corresponding lnη-1 / T curves were plotted , And the fitting activation energy of its viscous flow was calculated. The changes of CaF_2, TiO_2 and B_2O_3 contents in fluxes and their effects on the rheological properties of the fluxes were analyzed. The reasonable content of TiO_2 and B_2O_3 in the flux-free fluxes with suitable rheological properties was obtained. TiO 2 content does not exceed 9%, B 2 O 3 content of not more than 7%.
