目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析应用LEEP刀治疗的78例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床资料,观察其临床疗效。结果术后3个月后复查,治疗总有效率为93.59%。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency electric wave knife (LEEP knife) in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated with LEEP knife were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results after 3 months after the review, the total effective rate was 93.59%. Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
