[目的]探讨来曲唑联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者临床疗效.[方法]选取 2015 年 1 月至 2018 年 8 月本院妇科收治的PCOS患者 120 例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组 60 例.对照组采用来曲唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用 HCG 治疗,比较两组患者性激素水平[睾酮(T)、孕酮(PRGE)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2 )]、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮抑素(ES)水平及临床疗效和不良反应发生率.[结果]治疗后,两组患者 T、FSH、LH、E2 、VEGF、ES水平均明显降低,但观察组患者各指标水平降低幅度大于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者卵巢体积明显小于对照组,而卵泡直径及卵泡个数均明显大于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率明显高于对照组(P 0.05).[结论]来曲唑联合 HCG治疗 PCOS,可有效降低患者性激素和 VEGF、ES水平,改善患者排卵情况,提高妊娠率,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用.“,”[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of letrozole combined with HCG in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.[Methods]A total of 120 PCOS patients admitted to gynecology department of our hospital from January 2015 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,while the observation group was treated with HCG on the basis of the control group. The levels of sex hormones testosterone (T),progesterone (PRGE),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),lu-teinizing hormone (LH),prolactin (PRL),estradiol (E2 ),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),en-dostatin (ES)and the incidence of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,the levels of T,FSH,LH,E2 ,VEGF and ES in the two groups were sig-nificantly decreased,but the levels of each index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05);the ovarian volume in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,while the follicle diameter and the number of follicles in the observation group were sig-nificantly larger than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),but the endometrial thickness in the two groups was significantly different (P 0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05).[Conclusion]Letrozole combined with HCG in the treatment of PCOS can effectively reduce the levels of sex hormones,vascular endothelial growth factor and ES,improve ovulation and pregnancy rate.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
