本文通过从提高全员质量意识到强化混凝土养护采取了一系列有效的技术控制措施,包括混凝土配合比设计、浇筑、施工过程重点工序控制、信息化施工、养护与温控监测等方面保证措施,从而达到有效地避免了混凝土结构出现有害裂缝产生和发展,使基础底板顺利完成,并能达到相关的质量验收标准,从源头上保证了混凝土的施工质量。
In this paper, a series of effective technical control measures have been adopted, including concrete mix design, pouring, key process control of construction process, information construction, maintenance and temperature monitoring, etc., from improving overall quality awareness to strengthening concrete curing. So as to effectively avoid the occurrence of harmful cracks in concrete structures and the development of the foundation to complete the successful completion of the floor, and can meet the quality of acceptance criteria, from the source to ensure the quality of construction of concrete.
