目前,职业学校的招收生源中95%以上的学生学习成绩较差,整体素质不高。在初中老师的眼里,这些学生不是可造就之才,为了提高初中的升学率,他们想尽一切办法让他们来职业学校。平时对他们不闻不问,只要他们在课堂上不影响其他学习成绩好的同学,无论干什么都可以。学生自己也抱着混一天是一天的想法。这所有的一切,都给职校的教育教学管理带来很大的难度。在管理和教育这些学生的同时,我们更加不能忽视对其心理健康的关注。

In order to improve their enrollment rate in junior high schools, they try every means to get them to vocational schools.
