针对菏泽发电厂300MW“W“火焰锅炉设计特点及配风特性、通过调试及运行实绩,确定了较合理的配风方式。该种燃烧方式对风量配比及氧量变化的敏感性较强,炉内平行流场不利于风煤充分混合;而锅炉两侧氧量偏差的产生,与燃烧系统结构布置形式及两侧风煤配比有关,并受A、B磨煤机两端出口温度偏差的影响。减小A、B磨煤机两端出口温度偏差,应是减少锅炉两侧氧量偏差的主要运行调整手段之一。
Aiming at the design features and air distribution characteristics of 300MW ”W " flame boiler in Heze Power Plant, the reasonable air distribution method was determined through the commissioning and operation results. This type of combustion has strong sensitivity to the air volume ratio and the change of the oxygen amount. The parallel flow field in the furnace is not conducive to the full mixing of the air and coal; and the generation of the oxygen deviation on both sides of the boiler is closely related to the structural arrangement of the combustion system and the cross- Coal ratio, and by A, B mill outlet temperature deviation at both ends of the impact. Reducing the outlet temperature deviation at both ends of pulverizer A and B should be one of the main operation adjustment measures to reduce the deviation of oxygen amount on both sides of the boiler.
