目的探讨飞行员脑血流动力学特征。方法现役飞行员125名(飞行员组),平均年龄为(32.26±4.47)岁,对照组为89名普通志愿者,平均年龄为(29.80±7.58)岁。采用经颅多普勒超声技术分别观察大脑前、中、后动脉,椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期峰值流速(systolic velocity,Vs)、舒张期流速(diastolic velocity,Vd)、平均血流速度(mean velocity,Vm)、搏动指数(pulsitility index,PI)和血管阻力指数(resistance index,RI)等指标的变化特征。结果与普通志愿者比较,飞行员组的大脑前、中、后动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉的Vs、Vd、Vm及PI差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但飞行员组的左侧大脑前动脉的RI值低于普通志愿者(P=0.0464,0.527±0.005vs 0.542±0.006)。结论飞行员的脑血管调节能力及血管顺应性高于普通志愿者。
Objective To explore the cerebral hemodynamic characteristics of pilots. Methods A total of 125 active pilots (pilots group), with an average age of (32.26 ± 4.47) years old and 89 control volunteers, average age (29.80 ± 7.58) years old. The changes of systolic velocity (Vs), diastolic velocity (Vd), mean velocity of blood flow (Vs) in the anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, posterior artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery were observed by transcranial Doppler ultrasound mean velocity (Vm), pulsitility index (PI) and resistance index (RI). Results There were no significant differences in Vs, Vd, Vm and PI in the frontal, middle and posterior arteries, vertebral artery and basilar artery between the pilot group and the normal volunteers (P> 0.05). However, in the pilots group, the left brain The RI of anterior arteries was lower than that of normal volunteers (P = 0.0464, 0.527 ± 0.005 vs. 0.542 ± 0.006). Conclusion Pilots have higher ability of regulating blood vessels and vascular compliance than normal volunteers.
