去年第23期“教育工作”发表“积极地慎重地对待学生住校问题”的社论,我认为是及时的、正确的。因为它对于当前小学生住校工作起了莫大的指导作用。社论首先论证了学校实现“四集体”的无可置疑的优越性,明确指出我们小学必须朝着这个方向前进。同时指出,已经组织学生住校的学校,应当妥善地解决一些尚未解决的具体问题,使之巩固与提高。尚未开展的要等到条件成熟了,再有计划有步骤地实行。我校就是根据这个精神,努力做好学生住校的巩固提高工作的。

The editorial first demonstrated the indisputable superiority of schools in realizing the “four collectives” and made it clear that our primary schools must move forward in this direction. At the same time, he pointed out that schools that have organized students to live in schools should properly solve some unsolved concrete problems so as to consolidate and improve them. Our school is based on this spirit, and strive to do a good job in school consolidation and improvement of work.
