目的:建立狼毒大戟与大枣合煎前后提取液中有效成分含量的分析方法,比较2种提取液中岩大戟内酯B和狼毒乙素的含量差异。方法:采用UPLC-DAD方法,对狼毒大戟配伍大枣合煎液与单煎液中的上述2个主要成分进行含量测定。应用Waters ACQUITY BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),0.1%甲酸水与色谱乙腈进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为5μL。结果:这两个化合物在测定的范围内表现出良好的线性(r>0.998 4),方法的回收率在92.6%~103.4%之间。狼毒大戟配伍大枣合煎液中岩大戟内酯B和狼毒乙素的含量均显著低于单煎液。结论:狼毒大戟与大枣合煎可降低有毒成分的溶出。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of active ingredients in the extract of Euphorbia euphorbia and Jujube and to compare the content difference of Euphorbia b and toxin in the two extracts. Methods: UPLC-DAD method was used to determine the contents of the above two main constituents in Radix Euphorbiae combined with jujube decoction and decoction. The mobile phase was eluted with a Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) with a gradient elution of 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile. The flow rate was 0.8 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The sample size is 5 μL. Results: The two compounds showed a good linearity (r> 0.998 4) within the range of the determination. The recoveries of the two compounds ranged from 92.6% to 103.4%. Euphorbia compatibility Euphorbia Jujube combined decoction of rock huperzine B and the content of bevacizol B were significantly lower than single decoction. Conclusion: Radix Euphorbia and jujube combined decoction can reduce the dissolution of toxic components.
