采用正交实验研究了不同的热处理工艺参数对铸态Cu-Ni-Si合金导电率、硬度和综合性能的影响,并对不同处理状态的试样进行了组织观察;运用极差分析了固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间等4个因素对各性能指标的影响规律。结果表明,经950℃固溶处理2h+550℃时效处理8h后,Cu-Ni-Si合金可达到最佳的综合性能。验证实验结果表明,经正交实验所确定的最佳工艺热处理后,Cu-Ni-Si合金的综合性能高于其他所有实验值,表明正交实验所得到的结果是可靠的。
The effects of different heat treatment process parameters on the electrical conductivity, hardness and overall properties of as-cast Cu-Ni-Si alloy were studied by orthogonal experiments. The microstructures of the samples were observed under different treatment conditions. Temperature, solution time, aging temperature and aging time of four factors on the performance of the law. The results show that Cu-Ni-Si alloy can achieve the best overall performance after aging treatment at 950 ℃ for 2h + 550 ℃ for 8h. The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of Cu-Ni-Si alloy is better than all the other experimental values after the best heat treatment determined by orthogonal experiment, which shows that the results obtained by orthogonal experiment are reliable.
