以东湖早、槠叶齐、福鼎大白3个品种为材料,以自由基衰老学说为理论依据,对茶树越冬叶片在春梢生长期间的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量等生理指标进行了测定,旨在探讨越冬叶在春梢生育期间生理机能的变化.试验结果表明:随着新梢的生长,越冬叶片的SOD,CAT,POD活性下降,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量降低,越冬叶片已明显衰老.因此,茶树在春季应留蓄新叶,以保证夏茶高产.
In this study, three varieties of early leaves of East Lake, Qiyeqi and Fuding were used as materials to study the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase CAT, POD activity and chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar content were measured in order to explore the changes of physiological function of overwintering leaves during their growth period.The results showed that with the increase of shoots The activities of SOD, CAT and POD in the overwintering leaves decreased, the content of chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar decreased, and the overwintering leaves had obviously aged, therefore, new leaves should be reserved in the tea tree in spring so as to ensure the high yield of summer tea.
