凸轮曲面夹具用于磨削齿轮内孔,是一种理想的定心夹具。它能保证齿轮齿圈跳动的精度,而且装卸方便,安全可靠,生产效率高。但是因为夹具本身精度高,加工难度大,往往受到加工条件的限制而不能广泛采用。为此,我们就如何在普通机床上加工凸轮曲面,介绍一下体会。凸轮曲面夹具也和其它偏心夹具一样,是按照回转副的自锁原理设计的。它依靠三条凸轮曲面同时向中心收拢,起到对工件的夹紧作用(图1)。当工件相对于夹具体作顺时针旋转时,即完成夹紧工作。在满足自锁的前提下,我们可以从图2的几何夫系中求出e值(e值是
