当前,在大学生群体处出现了创业风潮,创业作为一种新的就业方向,是将学生在这种日益严峻的就业压力中适当的解放出来,为其提供新的道路,新的方向,让学生在这种社会形式下找到一个更为适合自己的社会实践模式。大学对于学生的教育侧重于专业技能的培养,不管是高校教育抑或素质教育,都是为了培养高素质的人才,而创业课程则是对学生进行综合培养,让学生充分掌握创业理论和创业实践而建立的针对性教学体系。应用和实践是旅游管理专业的主要特征,目标是为社会提供旅游管理人才。社会对应用型人才的需求不断提高,人才需求结构的调整也促使人才培养专业化,而作为专业针对性强的旅游管理专业,将创业课程体系作为建设重点已成为促进旅游管理专业发展的重要手段。笔者根据相关文献,从旅游管理专业创业课程体系建立的意义出发,对教育改革环境下的旅游管理专业创新创业课程体系进行分析讨论。
