为消除瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中湿式排渣消尘污水大量排放、干式排渣粉尘易大面积扩散的环境污染隐患,研制出轻便、小巧、成本低的导引捕尘一体装置;其主要依据轴承传动、喷雾定向导引的原理,在煤粉湿润后在自重作用下经出渣导引器、胶管落入洗气沉降池中;装置的整体设计避免了拆分、组装的复杂工序,钻杆可整体进入与退出降尘喷雾腔,未影响瓦斯钻孔施工进度。在现场进行了捕尘装置的应用验证,消尘效果达75.8%。
