前言 GH18铁基时效合金板材是根据我国自然资源的特点,自行研制的高温合金板材,合金中含有~2%钨,~4%钼,用以强化固溶体基体,同时还加入了~0.5%铝,~2%钛,用作沉淀强化元素,并加入硼、铈、锆等元素来净化以及强化晶界。合金中不含有我国稀缺的元素钴。 由于采用时效强化的结果,GH18合金在高温下具有比固溶强化板材合金高得多的强度。 在某涡喷发动机的研制过程中,起先曾采用固溶强化的GH30镍基高温合金板材来做燃烧室的前进气锥,由于GH30合金在该发动机工作温度下的高温强度不够,前进气锥在试车过程中产生严重变形,影响发动机正常运转,使试车多次失敗。
