主要研究了湿法炼锌过程萃铟余液中锗的萃取分离提取 ,以氧肟酸HGS98为萃取剂 ,P2 0 4为协萃剂 ,煤油为稀释剂 ,NH4 F为反萃剂 ,系统地讨论了锗的萃取分离机理和提取条件。所研究的工艺选择性好 ,金属回收率高 ,操作简便 ,为冶金废弃物中高价金属锗的回收提供了一种新的方法。
In this paper, the extraction and extraction and extraction of germanium from the indium remineralization solution during the wet-process zinc smelting process are studied. The hydroxamic acid HGS98 is used as the extractant, P2 0 4 is the co-solvent, kerosene is the diluent and NH4F is the stripping agent. The extraction and separation mechanism and extraction conditions of germanium are discussed. The studied process selectivity is good, the metal recovery rate is high, and the operation is simple, which provides a new method for the recovery of high-priced germanium in metallurgical waste.
