测试分析了2种有机硅胶封装材料在3种加速老化试验前、后的光谱透过率。结果表明,2种有机硅胶在硅太阳电池的工作波段的透过率都很高。经过130d的去离子水浸没后,2种硅胶的光谱透过率都没有变化;硅胶A仅在湿热测试中于300~400nm波段的透过率有稍许变化,而在热循环测试中其光学性质很稳定;硅胶B在两种测试中于300~450nm波段的透过率都有少许降低;不过,两种硅胶经老化试验后的紫外-可见光波段的透过率还是高于EVA的。其中硅胶B对湿气的吸收比硅胶A强,湿气可以散射入射光,进而在透过率测试时降低硅胶样品的透过率。
