在西北农村地区,小学艺术教育的开展还处在半瘫痪状态,甚至成为被遗忘的角落。本文以西北农村小学艺术教育现状为研究内容,采用问卷调查、入户访谈、电话调查等方式,深入甘肃省某县,在厘清该县小学艺术教育现状的基础上,分析造成小学艺术教育落后的深层因素为艺术教育的认识上的偏差、专业教师的缺乏、缺少基本的教学设备和教学场所等,并据此提出参考性的建议与对策,呼吁政府部门关注西北农村小学艺术教育,建立健全有效的教育机制,促进小学艺术教育发展。
In the northwestern rural areas, primary school art education is still in a state of semi-paralyzed and even forgotten. Based on the status quo of art education in rural primary schools in northwestern China, this paper explores the current situation of art education in primary schools in Gansu by means of questionnaires, household interviews and telephone surveys. The deep factor is the deviation of art education, the lack of professional teachers, the lack of basic teaching equipment and teaching places, and then proposes the reference suggestions and countermeasures, and calls on government departments to pay attention to the art education in Northwest Rural Primary School and establish a sound and effective Education mechanism to promote the development of art education in primary schools.
