在校医学生去医院实习能帮助其巩固学校所学专业知识,增强临床医学学习经验,进而达到优化工作技能的目的。然而对医院而言,接收大量实习生会加大管理负担。但由于实习的现实必要性,医院需在明确实习生管理重要性的前提下,在制度措施上进行改革与创新,为实习活动创建良好的整体环境。笔者在对医院实习生管理制度存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出具有可行性的创新与改革政策,在确保医学生在医院掌握实践知识与能力的同时保障医院管理活动的正常有序。
In-school medical students to the hospital internship can help consolidate the school learned expertise, enhance clinical learning experience, and thus achieve the purpose of optimizing job skills. However, for hospitals, receiving a large number of interns will increase the management burden. However, due to the practical necessity of the internship, the hospital needs to reform and innovate the institutional measures on the premise of clarifying the importance of intern management so as to create a good overall environment for the internship activities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management system of hospital intern, the author puts forward the feasible innovation and reform policies to ensure that the medical students can grasp the practical knowledge and ability in the hospital while ensuring the normal and orderly management of the hospital.
