目的探讨血小板源性生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)和信号传导与转录激活因子3(signal transducers and activators of transcription,STAT3)在子宫腺肌病在位及异位内膜组织中的表达情况及其对发病的作用。方法 2006年1月至2009年8月在山西医科大学第一临床医学院应用组织芯片和免疫组化法,检测子宫腺肌病(研究组)和对照组(正常子宫内膜)子宫内膜组织中PDGF、STAT3的表达情况,采用SPSS13.0统计软件包进行数据分析,比较两者之间的差异。结果研究组中,PDGF在位子宫内膜及异位内膜的阳性表达率(47.14%,54.29%),均显著高于对照组(12.50%),P<0.05;STAT3在位子宫内膜及异位内膜的阳性表达率(65.71%,61.43%),均显著高于对照组(29.17%),P<0.05。两者在异位内膜组织中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.274)。结论子宫腺肌病内膜组织中PDGF、STAT3高表达,可能与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT3) in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis Situation and its effect on the incidence. Methods From January 2006 to August 2009, tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used in the First Clinical College of Shanxi Medical University to detect endometrial adenomyosis (study group) and control group (normal endometrium) In PDGF, STAT3 expression, using SPSS13.0 statistical software package for data analysis, the difference between the two. Results In the study group, the positive expression rates of PDGF in endometriosis and ectopic endometrium (47.14%, 54.29%) were significantly higher than those in control group (12.50%), P <0.05; The positive rate of ectopic endometrium (65.71%, 61.43%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (29.17%), P <0.05. There was a positive correlation between them in ectopic endometrial tissues (r = 0.274). Conclusion The high expression of PDGF and STAT3 in the endometrium of adenomyosis may be related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
