在文献回顾和相关数据搜集的基础上,利用典型相关分析深入探讨了企业门户网站对企业绩效的影响,并利用层次回归分析方法深入挖掘了企业结构资本对企业门户网站与企业绩效关系的调节效应,其中,从网站内容和网站形式两方面将结构资本划分为创新资本和流程资本。实证研究结果表明:企业可以通过创建门户网站提高企业绩效,但其影响是相对弱化的;企业结构资本对企业门户网站与企业绩效具有部分正向调节作用。在此基础上,对我国企业管理实践提出了相关对策建议。
On the basis of literature review and related data collection, this paper explores the impact of the corporate portal on business performance using canonical correlation analysis, and uses the hierarchical regression analysis method to deeply explore the regulatory effect of corporate structural capital on the relationship between the corporate portal and business performance , Which, from the two aspects of the content of the website and the form of the structure of the capital is divided into innovative capital and process capital. The empirical results show that: Enterprises can improve the performance of enterprises through the creation of portals, but the impact is relatively weakening; and the capital structure of enterprises has some positive regulatory effects on the performance of enterprise portals and enterprises. On this basis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for our country’s enterprise management practice.
