住房二级市场对形成住房生产—流通—消费的良性循环具有重要意义。从消费观念、政策配套、价格体系等方面探讨了北京住房二级市场发展不畅的原因 ,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Housing secondary market for the formation of housing production - circulation - a virtuous circle of consumption is of great significance. This paper discusses the reasons for the sluggish secondary market of housing in Beijing from the perspectives of consumer attitudes, policy support and price system, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
