一前言进行仪器设计时,常合理地预设一些误差校正环,供装调仪器时校正仪器系统误差用。用这种方法可以提高仪器精度,放宽某些零部件的制造公差,特别是当仪器的输出量不是一个单纯的数字,不便于对输出结果进行数值修正时,这种方法尤其适用。从仪器工作原理上看,这些新增加的校正环是仪器“多余的”环节,它们也需要制造和调校。因此,设计仪器时应仔细权衡设置这些误差校正环的利害得失[1][2]。
A foreword During the design of the instrument, it is reasonable to preset some error correction rings for the purpose of adjusting the instrument system error when installing the instrument. This method can improve the accuracy of the instrument and relax the manufacturing tolerances of some parts. This method is especially suitable when the output of the instrument is not a simple figure and it is inconvenient to perform numerical correction on the output. From the working principle of the instrument, these newly added correction rings are “redundant” parts of the instrument, and they also need to be manufactured and adjusted. Therefore, the instrument should be carefully weighed when setting the error correction loop gains and losses [1] [2].
