胺碘酮为苯并呋喃衍生物的含碘制剂,具有抗交感神经作用,有很长的生物半衰期,中毒量与治疗量相差很大,疗效高,安全性大。其主要临床用途是治疗主动性室上性和室性心律失常。Roserbaun等报道胺碘酮对不同类型心脏病的多种类型过速性心律失常具有抑制能力。近年来在内科临床已有广泛应用,在儿科方面的应用国内报告尚少。本文总结了我院儿科1980年3月至1984年7月运用国产盐酸胺碘酮治疗小儿快速心律失
