目的:研究 3p2 4 EAβMD位点与食管癌的关系 ,为寻找该位点附近可能存在的抑癌基因奠定基础。 方法 :采用 PCR- RFL P法检测 4 5例食管癌患者 3p2 4位点杂合缺失情况 ,并对该片段进行克隆。结果:在 2 2例食管癌信息个体中共检出 9例杂合缺失 ,并通过序列分析可知变化为点突变。结论 :3p2 4 EAβMD较高的杂合缺失率显示该位点附近可能存在潜在的抑癌基因
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between 3β2 4 EAβMD and esophageal cancer and to lay a foundation for finding possible tumor suppressor genes in this locus. Methods: PCR-RFLP method was used to detect the heterozygous deletion of 3p24 locus in 45 cases of esophageal cancer patients. The fragment was cloned. RESULTS: Nine cases of heterozygous deletions were detected in 22 individuals with esophageal cancer, and the changes were point mutations through sequence analysis. Conclusion: The higher heterozygous deletion rate of 3p2 4 EAβMD indicates that there may be a potential tumor suppressor gene
