为研制出满足模拟低渗性岩石的相似材料,以砂子、普通水泥、玉米淀粉为原料.设计了水泥砂子质量比A、淀粉含量B两个因素,因素A设置5个水平、因素B设置6个水平,共30个实验配比方案,进行渗透速率实验,并经计算获得了不同配比相似材料的渗透率.实验结果表明:渗透率变化范围为2.704×10-11~6.146×10-10d-1,利用非线性回归法,对试件渗透速度随水泥沙子质量比及淀粉含量之间的变化规律的实验结果进行拟合,得到渗透率与水泥沙子及淀粉含量之间的定量关系式,发现“固-气”耦合相似材料试件渗透率随水泥沙子质量比的增大,呈负指数反比例函数的变化;随淀粉含量的增加,呈线性单调递增变化,这说明淀粉具有降低材料渗透性的功能,同时反映出岩石组成结构越致密,所对应的原型岩石强度越大,岩石本身的渗透性越低,反之渗透性越高,相似实验材料渗透性的变化规律与岩石的渗透性变化规律相似度很高.

Permeability, at the same time reflecting the denser composition of the rock composition, the larger the corresponding prototype rock strength, the lower the permeability of the rock itself, whereas the higher the permeability, the permeability of similar experimental materials And changes of the permeability of the rock high similarity.
