背景据青岛市统计局统计:截至2007年底;青岛户籍总人口757.99万人,市区人口277.55万人,人口自然增长率为3.83‰,除去自然增长,青岛良好的自然环境也吸引了众多外来人的迁入。自2000年以来,青岛市的GDP增长率一直保持2位数的增长势头,2007年GDP达到3786.52亿元,同比增长16%。完成社会消费品零售总额1199.18亿元,增长19.1%。消费升级步伐加快,进一步带动商业设市场的需求。城市居民人均可支配收入17856元,增长16.5%;人均消费支出13376元,增长12.0%;城市恩格尔系数(即居民家庭食品消费支出占家庭消费总支出的比重)37.0%。较高的人均可支配收入水平从侧面反映了人民逐步提高的生活质量水平,同时也将带来更多的消费需求,刺激并带动青岛市场及未来的商业发展。随着2008奥运脚步的临近,青岛对世界的吸引力将逐步增强,有利于促进青岛整体经济的发展,并进一步促进青岛市商业市场的发展。

Higher per capita disposable income reflects the gradual improvement of people’s quality of life from the side, but also will bring more consumer demand, stimulating and driving the Qingdao market and future commercial development.
