本文分别探讨了王莽改制的主要内容及其失败原因,在此基础上,对王莽研究提出了己见。认为王莽改制的重心是社会经济制度改革,其一些举措具有创建性和积极因素;王莽的改革精神及其以“民为重”的经济改革原则思想值得肯定。新时期评价王莽应走出封建时代史学家的误导、对王田制和新朝农民起义目的的误解三个研究误区,以“公平诚恳的态度来研究”。 This article respectively discusses the main contents of Wang Mang’s reorganization and the reasons for the failure. On this basis, he puts forward his opinion on Wang Mang’s research. The author thinks that Wang Mang’s reform center is the reform of the social economy, and some of its initiatives are creative and positive. The reform spirit of Wang Mang and his thought of economic reform based on “people are the most important ” should be affirmed. In the new period, Wang Mang should be out of the misleadingness of historians in feudal times and misunderstand the three research mistakes about the purpose of the Wang Tian system and the peasants uprising of the new DPRK and to study it in a “fair and honest manner.”
