农村客运发展任重道远,我省道路运输管理机构应以“立足需求,合理布局,政策引导,市场运作,集约经营,规范管理,安全经济,协调发展”的工作思路,着力把握好各级政府统一领导,统筹规划;路、站、运协调化发展以及因地制宜,一切从实际出发的原则,从制定切实可行的农村客运发展规划;加强农村客运发展的组织工作;强力推进农村客运站场建设工作;出台农村客运发展政策扶持工作;全力做好农村客运市场监管等五方面着力做好发展农村客运工作。
