有关内源性抗氧化物与外源性抗氧化物的研究 ,近期日趋活跃 ,且有些新的发现。借助新近开展的微营养分析手段 ,对脂质亚成分的检测 ,也在新的层面上对机体新陈代谢过程中氧化物与抗氧化系统的平衡有了更深层次的了解。
Recent studies on endogenous antioxidants and exogenous antioxidants have become increasingly active and some new findings have emerged. With the help of the newly developed micro-nutrition analysis methods, the detection of lipid subcomponents also has a deeper understanding of the balance of the oxide and antioxidant systems in the body metabolism process.
