“九五”期间,我国建筑行业科技成果将重点围绕十一个方面开展推广工作,具体内容和目标是: (1) 推广应用建筑节能与墙体改革新材料技术与产品 推广应用各种先进成熟的建筑节能新技术、新产品,推动应用节能设计和节能采暖系统,广泛采用各种新型墙体材料。“九五”期间全面实现新建住宅采暖煤耗降低50％,到2010年,要求新旧建筑采暖煤耗降低50％的目标。 (2) 推广应用住宅新产品 结合2000年城乡小康住宅科技示范工程,推广应用高质量、高水平的住宅产品,发展住宅部件、构件,多功能的防水、保温隔热,装修等材料、设备配件等新兴住宅产业,提高住宅建设水平,改善人居环境。在农村建筑中,要以节地、节能和节约木材为重点,推广应用适用农村建筑需要的新材料,新制品和砼构件,不断提高农村建筑的工程质量和技术水平。
