高密度分子遗传连锁图谱在大豆重要性状基因定位、精确图位基因克隆、比较基因组研究以及分子标记辅助育种等方面具有极其重要的应用价值。目前,大豆分子遗传连锁图谱日趋饱和,分子标记类型主要有限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、随机扩增多态性(RAPD)、简单序列重复(SSR)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)、序列标签位点(STS)、表达序列标签(EST)和单核苷酸多态性(SNP)等;作图群体主要有F2群体、重组自交系(RIL)和双单倍体(DH)等。简要论述了大豆遗传连锁图谱的研究现状并展望了其发展趋势,以期促进大豆遗传连锁图谱的发展及在大豆育种工作中的应用。
High-density molecular genetic linkage map has important application value in gene mapping of important traits of soybean, precise mapping of position mapping genes, comparative genomics research and molecular marker-assisted breeding. At present, the genetic linkage map of soybean is becoming more and more saturated. The main types of molecular markers include restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), random amplified polymorphism (RAPD), simple sequence repeat (SSR), amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP), sequence tagging site (STS), expressed sequence tag (EST) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). The main population of F2 population, RIL and double haploid Body (DH) and so on. The status quo of soybean genetic linkage map and its development trend are briefly discussed in order to promote the development of soybean genetic linkage map and its application in soybean breeding.
