非智力因素从广义上来讲是指除了智力因素以外的心理、环境、生理和道德品质因素等,而从狭义上来说非智力因素指的是那些并不直接参与到认知过程中去,但是却会影响认知过程的心理因素,主要有动机、兴趣、意志和情感等方面。非智力因素是推动学生成为人才的重要条件,是提高学生全面素质发展的动力和导向,在现代教育全面改革阶段,重视学生的非智力因素开就显得尤为重要。笔者为了研究非智力因素在大学体育教学中的应用,在分析非智力因素特征基础上给予了一定的应用建议及策略。
In a broad sense, non-intellectual factors refer to psychological, environmental, physiological and moral quality factors other than intellectual factors. In a narrow sense, non-intellectual factors mean those who are not directly involved in the cognitive process, but non-intellectual factors Psychological factors that affect the cognitive process are mainly motivation, interest, will and emotion. Non-intellectual factors are important conditions to promote students to become talented people, and they are the driving force and direction to improve students ’overall quality development. It is particularly important to attach importance to students’ non-intelligence factors during the full reform of modern education. In order to study the application of non-intelligence factors in college physical education, the author gives some suggestions and strategies based on the analysis of non-intelligence factors.
