随着冶炼技术的发展,要求采用分析速度快、准确度高的分析方法,而通常所使用的摄谱法光谱分析在分析速度上已难于适应生产的要求。目前,在国内外使用了多种光电光谱仪用于钢铁分析,收到了显著的效果。我厂将一台日本CE-8型光电光谱仪的出射狭缝谱线重新选择后,用于钢铁分析。这台仪器现在担负了电炉冶炼中大部分中、低合金钢全元素(除C,S,P外)及部分高合金钢的分析任务。为了进一步满足生产的要求,我们还在继续做工作,使这台仪器承担更多钢种的分析任务,从而提高分析质量。 CE-8型光电光谱仪,由光源、分光仪、测量装置组成。本仪器所用条件及分析谱线分别列于表1和表2。
With the development of smelting technology, it is required to adopt an analytical method which is fast and accurate, and the spectral analysis commonly used in spectroscopy has been difficult to meet the production requirements in the analysis speed. At present, the use of a variety of photoelectric spectrometer at home and abroad for steel analysis, has received significant results. I plant will be a Japanese CE-8-type optical spectrometer exit slit line re-selection, for steel analysis. This instrument is now responsible for the majority of the furnace smelting, low alloy steel all elements (except C, S, P) and part of the high alloy steel analysis tasks. In order to further meet the production requirements, we are still continuing to work on the instrument to undertake more types of analysis tasks, thereby enhancing the quality of the analysis.
