作者在成功建立计算机辅助单侧唇裂测量,评价及储存检测等系统的基础上,运用计算机测量系统对先天性单侧唇裂患者上唇的各个不同部位的多个观测点进行检查比较手术前后各个点的移动情况及其移动规律,从而探讨移动规律对手术效果的影响。发现裂隙愈宽者,各点的平均位移愈大;Millardic氏法健侧移动是愈近裂隙部份移动愈大;患侧移动较健侧为大,并认为此种移动极符合生理性。
Based on the successful establishment of computer-aided unilateral cleft lip measurement, evaluation and storage testing system, the author used computer measurement system to check multiple observation points of different parts of the upper lip of patients with congenital unilateral cleft lip. Movement and its movement rules, to explore the impact of the law of movement on the operation effect. Found that the wider cracks, the greater the average displacement of each point; Millardic's law is the movement of the contralateral part of the more recent migration more; ipsilateral movement than the contralateral side is large, and that the movement is very physiologically.
