对淬火态的9Cr2Mo轧辊钢分别进行了550℃/1 h、550℃/3 h及550℃/6 h热处理。结果表明:在淬火态下,基体主要为粗大的片状马氏体,断口为典型的脆性断裂,力学性能及耐磨性较差;淬火后回火,随着回火时间的延长,组织及力学性能得到明显改善,当550℃/6 h回火时,基体中粗大的片状马氏体消失,主要为细小的板条状回火马氏体与粒状回火索氏体的混合组织,断口韧窝数量较多,具有一定的韧性断裂,力学性能及耐磨性最高。对淬火后的9Cr2Mo轧辊钢进行550℃/6 h回火有利于提高综合力学性能。 The quenched 9Cr2Mo steels were heat-treated at 550 ℃ for 1 hour, 550 ℃ for 3 hours and 550 ℃ for 6 hours respectively.
