目的:了解某高校附属医院职工满意度情况,探讨满意度的影响因素,以期指导该院完善规章制度、改进管理措施,不断提升职工满意度。方法:以某高校附属医院1 183名职工为调查对象,通过问卷调查的方式进行无记名调查。使用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析,运用t检验和方差分析对满意度进行比较。结果:职工满意度总得分为94.04±19.30分。各维度满意度得分由高到低依次为:团队沟通协作(4.09±0.81)分、工作环境(3.86±0.97)分、认同感和归属感(3.81±0.96)分、管理措施(3.75±0.94)分、福利待遇及发展前景(3.67±0.95)分、工作和生活状态(3.35±0.72)分。年龄和医疗行业从业时间、岗位序列、用工形式不同的职工满意度不同,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。其中,年龄40岁以上且医疗行业从业时间长、医师岗位及编外职工满意度最低。结论:持续开展职工满意度调查,重视职工个性化需求,依据调查结果不断完善医院规章制度,优化管理措施,促进医院良性发展。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the satisfaction of employees in a university affiliated hospital and to explore the influencing factors of satisfaction, in order to guide the hospital to improve the rules and regulations, improve management practices and continuously improve employee satisfaction. Methods: A total of 1 183 workers in a university affiliated hospital were investigated through a questionnaire survey. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 software, and satisfaction was compared using t test and analysis of variance. Results: The total score of employee satisfaction was 94.04 ± 19.30 points. Satisfaction scores of all dimensions ranked from high to low: team communication and cooperation (4.09 ± 0.81), working environment (3.86 ± 0.97), identity and sense of belonging (3.81 ± 0.96), management measures (3.75 ± 0.94) Points, benefits and development prospects (3.67 ± 0.95) points, working and living conditions (3.35 ± 0.72) points. Age and employment in the medical industry, job order, different forms of employment of different employee satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Among them, the age of 40 years old and the medical industry for a long time, the minimum satisfaction of doctors and non-staff positions. CONCLUSION: The Company continued to carry out surveys on employee satisfaction, attached importance to the individual needs of the staff, continuously improved hospital rules and regulations, optimized management measures and promoted the healthy development of the hospital based on the survey results.
