为进一步了解和掌握副溶血性弧菌噬菌体的生物学特性和血清学关系,作者等从外环境标本分离到的副溶血弧菌噬菌体中,根据裂解试验结果,选出7株进行生物学特性测定和血清学试验。经过电镜形态,平板上噬斑特征观察及热失活、pH稳定性、不同柠檬酸钠浓度等理化因素的影响、血清中和试验和一级生长试验结果,发现不同的噬菌体株特性有所不同。此外,并经血清交叉中和试验,可将7株噬菌体分成7种不同的血清型。
To further understand and master the biological characteristics and serological relationship of Vibrio parahaemolyticus phage, we isolated seven strains of V. parahaemolyticus phage isolated from environmental samples and determined the biological characteristics according to the results of lysis test And serological tests. The characteristics of different bacteriophage strains were observed by the morphology of electron microscope, the observation of plaque characteristics on plate and the influence of physical and chemical factors such as heat inactivation, pH stability and different concentration of sodium citrate, serum neutralization test and primary growth test . In addition, and through the serum cross-neutralization test, seven phage can be divided into seven different serotypes.
