注射用头孢噻肟钠为第三代头孢菌素,主要用于敏感菌引起的各系统感染。其不良反应与其它头孢类药物相似,引起过敏休克者很少,笔者近期遇到1例,现报告如下: 患者,男,37岁,因发热、咽痛等上呼吸道感染症状于当日在门诊就医,予以头孢噻肟钠粉针剂(广东汕头金石制药总厂生产,批号 020432)2.0g加入0.9％氯化钠注射液250 ml中静滴,未见任何不适症状。次日再来注射,予同批号同样剂量注射完毕后约3分钟,自觉胸闷不适,呼吸困
