随着我国经济体制改革的深入发展,商业流通体制改革也得到了长足的进展。自1986年起,商业企业实行了租赁、承包经营,调动了企业和职工的积极性。但是,国营商业企业尤其是大中型国营商业企业服务质量差的问题仍旧没有得到根本的改观,与此同时,许多“三资”企业、个体企业却以服务热情、周到,“抢”走大批顾客。本文试就目前国营商业企业服务质量差的原因作些粗浅分析,并提出一些对策
With the in-depth development of China’s economic system reform, the commercial circulation system reform has also made considerable progress. Since 1986, commercial enterprises have implemented leasing and contracting operations, mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises and employees. However, the problem of poor service quality in state-owned commercial enterprises, especially large and medium-sized state-owned commercial enterprises, has not yet been fundamentally changed. At the same time, many “three-funded” enterprises and individual enterprises have enthusiastically and thoughtfully served and “grab” large numbers of customers. . This paper tries to give a brief analysis of the reasons for the poor quality of service of state-owned commercial enterprises, and proposes some countermeasures.
