用多试样阻力曲钱法和单试样多截面法测定了9Ni%钢焊接接头熔合线在—31℃时的起裂韧性值δ_i;用跨工区试样研究了补焊0~3次后接头(室温时)的最大张开位移δ_m。结果表明,大线能量施焊的熔合线δ_i位高于小线能量施焊的熔合线δ_i,但大线能量熔合线阻力曲线的斜率远小于小线能量的斜率。结果还表明,补焊不会恶化接头的断裂韧性。
The fracture toughness value δ_i of fusion line of 9Ni% steel welded joint at -31 ℃ was determined by multi-specimen resistance curl method and single sample multi-section method. Joint (at room temperature) the maximum open displacement δ_m. The results show that δ_i of welding line is higher than that of welding line δ_i. However, the slope of resistance curve of welding line is much smaller than the slope of small line energy. The results also show that repair welding will not deteriorate the joint fracture toughness.
